TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum rental period: 3 days

DAYS NOT USED ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
FOR ALL GROUPS, IN ADDITION TO THE VOUCHER, THE CLIENT MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF AT LEAST ONE VALID CREDIT CARD AT THE BEGINNING OF THE RENTAL

The rates INCLUDE:

• T.L.W. (Theft Loss Waiver)
• C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver)
• C.D.W. deductibles
• T.L.W deductible
• P.A.I (Personal Accident Insurance)
• Additional driver
• 14% Airport charges
• VAT at 20%
• One way rental in and between Sicily and the Mainland
• Vehicles on free sale, except groups E1/G/I/M/P/U which are on request

• Road License Fee : € 1,80 per day for 10 days max
• No show or cancel within 14 days from pick up date for E1/G/I/M1/P/U groups : 250,00 $
• Refuelling service charge of € 11,00 + taxes
• Fines, fuel, Extra Charges, local tax on extra charges, anything not expressly included

• One way rental in and between Sardinia and the Mainland Italy or Sicily: 500,00 $
• Baby/child seats, snow chains, ski racks, available on request at 75,00 $ per rental.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Delivery and collection is free from all our locations. The vehicle can be delivered to the clients accommodation, and the full delivery address and time of delivery must be specified at the time of booking. An additional charge of € 21,00 + taxes will be applied locally for delivery or collection in hotels in any town where there is one of our offices. For other destinations € 1,00 + taxes per km will be applied (the kms are intended from our office to the destination requested). For delivery or collection in airports after the local office closing time (from 8:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.), additional charge of € 21,00 + Vat per vehicle.

FUEL AND REFUELLING SERVICE CHARGE
All cars are delivered with a full tank of petrol. A refundable deposit of approximately €52,00/ €78,00 (euros)is blocked on the credit card at the start of the rental. The deposit will be unblocked if the car is returned with a full tank, otherwise a refuelling charge of €11,00 (euros)+VAT, plus the cost of the missing fuel will be applied.

DELAYS
When returning the vehicle, there is a tolerance of 59 minutes after which one extra day rental (payable locally at our official rates) will be applied.

INSURANCE
Car rates are inclusive of a maximum of € 2.582.284,50 per accident covering public liability, property, damage, fire and theft.

AGE
For groups B/C/D/E1/F, drivers must be at least 23 years of age and have held a full driving license for at least one year. For all other groups, drivers must be at least 25 years old, and have held a valid license for a minimum of three years.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
Ski racks, child and baby seats, snow chains etc. are available on request at our offices and must be reserved at the time of booking.

OIL & MAINTANANCE
Money paid for oil, if any, will be refunded if a regular invoice, made out to Sicily by Car S.p.A./Auto Europa is presented. No maintenance or repairs to the vehicle will be refunded unless prior authorisation has been obtained.

TYPE OF CAR
Although every effort will be made to supply the car requested, Sicily by Car/Auto Europa is not able to guarantee a particular model. If the model requested is unavailable, customers will be delivered a model from the same group. If a car from the same group is unavailable, Sicily by Car/Auto Europa will supply an upgrade at no extra cost.

NOT INSURABLE
Damage to windshields, tyres, roofs, undersides and interiors of cars are not covered by the car rental insurance.

LOSSES
In case of loss of the vehicle documents, the client will be liable for a charge of € 50 + tax. In case of loss of the vehicle keys, the client will be liable for a charge of € 50 + tax. In case of loss of the vehicle registration plate, the client will be billed for the sum of € 260 + tax.
