Situation: A complex of residential style of recent construction and situated on the seaside. Every building shelters 4 apartments (2 floors). The 2 apartments on the ground floor have a terrace with a view on a magnificent garden separating the buildings from one another. The 2 apartments on the first floor have balconies in which nearly all have a partial view of the sea.
Complex is situated in the centre of a village that has 5000 habitants and close to several others big villages. Services at less than 150 meters: movie theatre , church, bank, post office, restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, cafes, and several other services.
